Death Knight:
no changes in the live game.

Data-mined changes which are in the client, but not accessible in the game:
Blood
  • Life Shield added; Each time you heal yourself via Death Stike, you gain 50% of the amount healed as a damage absorption shield. Absorb increased further by mastery rating.

Frost
  • Frozen Heart added; Increases all Frost Damage done by 20%. Damage increased increased further by mastery rating.

Unholy
  • Blightcalled added; Increases the damage done by your diseases by 20%. Damage increased further by mastery rating.

No further changes.

Bug Fixes -

Watch for this line (under WoWT not Game) to change from 12604 to something else

The Downloader will work, so go boot it up. This is easier than opening Launcher repeatedly to see if we can download a patch yet.

I'm in beta now and don't see those masteries. Nothing changed for DK as far as I can see, so far.

I have seen someone on their seahorse though, so that quest is fixed! I'll go get mine later on.

I checked, no death strike barrier implemented yet. See 0:56.

The masteries appear to share the same spellids as the old pre-talent change masteries. The listed effects are also the old ones. It's just the names and descriptions that have changed atm.

Pity as I'm kind of keen to get reports on how life-shield changes the tanking experience.

Pity Masteries didn't get re-implemented.... And no DK Changes. Lol wow :D

Not having a reliable ghoul makes it too frustrating to use Unholy. He keeps disappearing, or not summoning, or the raise ghoul spell is on cooldown when it shouldn't be. I've reported all this before. I'm staying Frost for the moment, doing 2H next with this new mace. Had been DW mostly. Very good spec for levelling in current beta incarnation, since it's bursty, overpowered with HB glyph and ridiculous amount of runic power for FS.

I've got a Pet Ghoul as a Blood Tank but I'm not complaining its awesome :D I'll be sad to see this bug get fixed if they fix it before they unlock/I hit 85 since the extra damage is pretty nice though.

Least we got to experience Tanking with a Ghoul :D :P
