Finalized Raid Buffs/Debuffs for Cata (Updated 10/6/10)

Mechanics and reference material relevant to both DPS and Tanks. Rune system, professions, archaeology, racials, rating conversion, hit cap, expertise cap, and raid buffs & debuffs.

Old post was getting kinda long, and was outdated. Here's an updated version I crafted this morning. It does not include Hunter pets, as pretty much there's a pet for every buff and debuff now, so if you want to know, let me WoWHead that for you.

Your missing Vindication (10% physical damage debuff) for Paladins.

Theoretically a DK can provide the cast speed debuff, at least in PvE, if the target isn't being healed.

Oh, I'm pretty sure we'll have plenty of cast-happy mobs that give us plenty of incentive to get our necrotic on.

In other news, still quite surprised how versatile the buffs brought by shaman are. No reason not to bring 3 shaman in a 10 man. Don't think the same can be said for any other class. TOTEMS!

You missed Felguards Legion Strike.

By the way, destruction warlocks do not use shadow bolt so no +5% spell crit vulnerability from them, only affliction and demo.

- Demonology Warlocks added to health debuff
- Arms Warriors added to 30% bleed debuff
- Retribution Paladins added to Minor Replenish
- Added Blessing of Kings to Resistance buffs (provides resistance to all magic types.)

They may not use it, but it's in their tree and not all Affliction and Demos will subspec Destruct...would be beneficial for them to cast it at least once.

Might want to change the heading on "Major Mana Replenishment" to something other than "Replenishment" as that suggests the Replenishment buff given by the "minors."

Seeing as we share the Str/Agi buff with both Shamans and Warriors now, and both are considered superior to ours, you'll need a macro to be able to cast Horn of Winter freely to get the bonus RP.

Actually I believe they changed it so that you can buff together, but you'll only get the effect from 1 Buff. Like if you have Battle Shout + Totem down and you drop Horn of Winter you'll get the buff, + rp, but it won't stack.

Not sure, the Blue post I read it on was quite old by now and I can't even remember where to link it. Can anyone confirm/deny?
