Welcome to pwnwear!
My site has posts on DK tank specs, threat improvement, combat log analysis, addons for raid leaders, failbots, loot systems and more. This TankPoints guide is one of my articles. You might like some other of my recent posts, links to the right ->
For 3.3 Icecrown details, see my DK tank spec landing page.
TankPoints is an addon that can help you make decisions about which gem you should use, how pathetic parry is from strength, which enchant is better for you, what damage reduction you get in Frost resist gear and more. The guide helps you use TankPoints for these things.
The guide is a PDF, clearly labelled with screenshots.

Thanks for screenshot.
Most likely because the ‘to hit’ on your good item does not give any TankPoints score, or perhaps the scoring system is over-weighting the benefit of block value. Remember, the score is only useful for a quick comparison, so in this case you can see it gives you bad advice.
Your i226 item is better than Warlords for bosses and most purposes; you might have a BV set for trash-tanking though.
Just downloaded TankPoints for the first time from: http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info6419-TankPoints.html
and…it dose not even show up in the Addons… wtf? I read the ‘About’ and downloaded Ace2 since it said it runs off that, but still no luck so like…?

You just put the ‘TankPoints’ folder in the usual place with your other addons (interface folder). You don’t need to get Ace separately.
